The 12x18 size is just right for waving at the parade without feeling like I'm hauling around a full-size flag. Wooden dowel feels sturdier than the plastic sticks I've had before, and the little ball on top is a nice touch. Held up fine through a windy afternoon.

Bought a dozen of these for our block's Fourth of July parade and they held up great waving in the wind. The 12x18 size is just right for kids to carry, and the flags are glued to the dowels so nothing slipped off.
