Bought this for our Fourth of July cookout and the kids actually sat still coloring their own flags while the adults ate. The lines are thick enough that even my 4-year-old stayed mostly inside them, and the paper held up to markers without bleeding through.

Kept my two kids occupied for nearly an hour at the Fourth of July party, which never happens. The flag is big enough that they could each color a section without fighting over space.
